For more than 20 years, the Howard County Police Foundation and Police Department have worked together to ensure that many of of our county’s disadvantaged youth have a happy holiday season. Children in grades K-5 who are often homeless or whose families are struggling to make ends meet, are invited to attend a holiday party every December sponsored by the foundation.
